We are currently seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to provide performance-driven strategies based on best practices and professional expertise. This individual should possess high quality, highly analytical, and strategic skills in the organic and paid media realm for SMB’s to enterprise size companies. As a social media expert, you will plan, execute, manage and optimize clients’ online digital marketing strategies while collaborating with other teams including SEO, Creative, and PR.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing organic and paid social media campaigns across a multitude of channels
- Imagine and conceive design concepts and projects from creative briefs or messaging strategies and then implement chosen concepts
- Hands-on creation of creative assets and animations
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to provide creative feedback on a regular basis
- Building, scaling, optimizing campaigns leveraging best practices
- Track, measure, and report online marketing performance
- Evaluate and recommend new social strategies
- Provide constructive feedback regarding landing page performance/conversion rate optimization
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to implement new social campaigns and strategies
- Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of Social Management experience inclusive of strategy and design execution
- Experience working with enterprise-level budget management
- Expert knowledge and experience working with Google Ads, Bing Ads & Facebook Ads management tools
- Expert knowledge of organic social strategies
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Canva
- Experience with website/competitor analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and other reporting tools (SEMRush, Spyfu, Keywords Everywhere.)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
- Hard-working, creative, and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing
- Qualified applicants should possess the ability to independently develop ideas and strategies that lead to success and the growth of our client’s social media campaigns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
