Simply Self Storage Website Launch
We just launched a new website for Simply Self Storage, a national self storage company with 160+ locations. The newly redesigned website is integrated with Centershift’s self storage facility management software so that Simply Self Storage’s customers can see available units, make reservations, pay their bills, and sign up for monthly auto-payment of their fees. The site also includes a Flash size-selector that helps customers figure out what size storage unit they need, zip code search, online employment application, and many other features behind the scenes that are too technical and numerous to go into.
Now begins the fun part, driving traffic to the site via SEO and a PPC campaign.

I am a client of Simply Self Storage and cannot log into my account. Seems to be using an invalid email address or something. Trying to pay my bill, but can’t on the website and I do not want to pay the extra money to pay by phone. So please fix the website. Not sure if other people are having this problem, but no one at SimplySS seems to know how to fix it.

Update on the above message, we were finally able to log in using Internet Explorer, but we usually use Firefox. How come we are not able to use Firefox?
Also, we are not able to change our email adddress. When I click on the update email address and put in the new email address, it says “address not found”. What does that mean?

Hi Deb, I believe your issues have already been brought to our attention by our client and we are working on them. I’ll let you know once they are fixed.

Ouch! Having to field support requests from your corporate blog. I guess it’s just the web in action.

I like the sight it looks great and easy to navigate. But I’m not a huge fan of all the links at the bottom to all the locations. It kind of clutters up the home page.

sad there is no updated portfolio for 2011 and 2012 for MWI. really looked up to your competition in 2008-2009. you had some big clients. you should reopen an office and provide jobs again

We still do some design, but not much. 90% of the focus is on SEO these days. I’d update the site but, sigh, it would be a bunch of work, and we get more work than we can handle with it being outdated, so I suppose it will languish until business starts to drop off and we think a revamp will help things.
