Newsletter - Win a Free iPod. No, Really.
Everywhere we go, people tell us "I think I've been unsubscribed to the MWI newsletter" and we have to explain that no, you weren't, we just haven't sent it out for a year because we've been busy. But now we're bringing it back. And as always, subscribing to this email newsletter is as easy as a visit to MWI's website at www.mwi.com, and unsubscribing is as easy as replying to this email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
WHAT WE'VE BEEN DOING
What have we been so busy doing? For one, we've been busy with some new clients, just a few of which are listed to the left. Second, we've been busy introducing some new services that have taken us in the direction of becoming more of a full-service agency. We now offer services such as media buying, DVD authoring, retail storefront design, trade show design, and copywriting. But we haven't forgot our roots in web development, in fact we've broadened our abilities during the past year to include development in Java, in addition to PHP and .NET. Oh, and our CEO has been spending a bit of time on his blog.
WHAT'S COMING
In 2006 MWI will launch four productized offerings. One will be a modular and more tightly packaged form of our popular content management system to be dubbed Habitat. The others lack names at the moment but will include an event registration system, an email newsletter system, and an ecommerce site builder. All will be hosted systems designed to be implemented quickly and easily with low set-up fees and affordable ongoing costs.
MWI will also be launching a network of blogs within a few months. The first two will include one dedicated to natural search engine optimization and the other will focus on the advertising industry.
DID WE MENTION WE'RE GIVING AWAY FREE IPODS?
And now on to what everyone really cares about, free stuff. We're giving away free iPods, up to a $500 value. Now if you took any economics classes you know nothing is truly free, but this comes pretty close. All you have to do is refer a client to MWI for our search engine optimization and/or search engine marketing services. How do you refer someone and qualify for the free iPod? There are three criteria; 1) the prospective client must know about us before we contact them (if they contact us this is obviously taken care of), 2) you must let us know who you referred before they contact us, or they must mention to us that they were referred to us by you when they contact us, and 3) they must sign up for a 3-month commitment.
The process can be as simple as you sending one email to one of your associates recommending us and copying us on the email as a way of introduction. If we land the deal, we'll let you know and you can choose whatever iPod you want and we'll send it to you once we receive the first payment. And yes, you can refer yourself.
WHY SHOULD EVERYONE HAVE A SEARCH ENGINE STRATEGY?
The truth is that search engine optimization and marketing isn't for everyone. There are some businesses that won't see enough of a return to justify the expense. But they are the exception rather than the rule. For most businesses, there is no better advertising ROI than search engines can provide. The cost of acquiring a customer or developing a sale through search engines is lower than that provided by radio, TV, billboards, or direct mail. And unlike other forms of advertising, the marketing you do online is easy to track and measure.
For less than the cost of one full-page ad in a magazine or one month of billboard advertising you can find out whether search engine marketing will work for your business. We offer a free analysis of your website and would be happy to sit down with you and discuss various options in detail with no obligation.
